Network & Data Security

Feature-rich tactical voice communications (radio, VoIP, and Smart phone) interoperability and connectivity gateway compacted into a small enclosure – to meet SWaP demands

The TVCS Interconnect 40 (IC 40) brings all the benefits of full-featured gateway and network interoperability scaled to meet the Size, Weight and Power (SWaP) goals of military, Special Forces, and first responder’s on-the-move.

The lightweight and compact IC 40 can be mounted in a facility-based or vehicle 19” rack or fits easily in into a small case for portability. Designed with both AC and DC power with automatic failover, the unit is an ideal solution for areas where no AC power is available or unreliable.

Don’t let its small size fool you, it can still handle communications for 64 VoIP connections, 96 voice channels (4 T1/E1s) and up to 16 radio nets. Need a larger system? The unit takes advantage of SIP trunking protocol to connect multiple IC 40 units together over an IP network.
The 4-slot chassis is capable of accepting any combination of the following interface daughter cards:
4 port radio card with radio control
4 port E&M card
4 port FXS/FXO card
2 port GSM/CDMA card
2 port Magneto card
The main board offer 4 T1/E1 ports.

The IC 40 supports all common HF, VHF, and UHF radio bands and multiple radio brands (military, LMR, P25) using individualized cables. It offers volume control and active noise filtering for each radio port as well as Automated Gain Control (AGC) for all interfaces. Remote unit control and management is handled via a dispatch console, Cornet Technology’s CS-Commander VoIP Command Interface, and IntelView element manager.

Unique to the TVCS InterConnect series:
The ability to set up calls or conferences through an operator or by field users without operator assistance.
Simultaneously control of radios by multiple users
